\nPrimary Responsibilities \n

As an Assistant Project Manager, your primary responsibilities include:  

\n
    \n
  • Assist with negotiations, scopes of work, change orders, submittals and RFIs. 
  • \n
  • Help manage construction drawings, specifications and related documents. 
  • \n
  • Take a leadership role in the QA/QC process, material expediting and tracking. 
  • \n
  • Aid in the management of subcontractors and other team members. 
  • \n
  • Ensure all onsite operations are conducted safely, on-time, on-budget and to our quality standards 
  • \n
  • Build strong client/owner relationships and support business development efforts. 
  • \n
  • Coordinate the purchasing of essential safety supplies, products, or training items. 
  • \n
\nWhat You Bring to Us\n
    \n
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field is preferred; or 3-5 years of experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience 
  • \n
  • 2-3 years of progressively responsible experience in construction management of multifamily, tenant fit out or hospitality renovation projects in the $1 million - $10 million dollar range 
  • \n
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of project budgeting and job costing 
  • \n
  • General contracting and/or construction subcontracting experience 
  • \n
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining attention to detail. 
  • \n
  • Strong written and verbal communication 
  • \n
  • Proven supervisory/management skills and ability to motivate/manage team 
  • \n

Salary Range

$85,000—$125,000 USD
