Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Retail Manager located in Nashville, TN. The Assistant Retail Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, managing and motivating the retail team, and ensuring sales targets are met. Additional duties include customer service, inventory management, and supporting visual merchandising efforts.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Focus on Customer Satisfaction and the ability to resolve issues effectively
• Team Management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
• Sales experience and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Prior retail or jewelry industry experience is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
