This is a Part Time on Call (PTOC) position. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To Provide training and support for our document management system, and specifically the software package known as QT9, on an on-call basis. Train on how to navigate the software, to ensure documents are organized, updated as necessary, named correctly, all approvals have been obtained, and employees are trained on them. Train on how to ensure nonconformances and corrective actions are addressed, completed and closed. Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of experience with the ISO/IEC 17025 standard and the software QT9. 3+ years of experience in document control utilizing ISO standards, preferably ISO/IEC 17025. Must be very familiar with working within a quality management system, specifically in the area of document control and have the ability to help drive actions to completion. Clearance Requirements US Citizenship required with the ability to obtain a public trust. Physical Requirements Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%. Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
