Now hiring: Electrical Maintenance Technicians

A global leader in ultrapure water treatment solutions. We're seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to support the design, installation, and maintenance of advanced water purification systems at client facilities. Responsibilities:

  • Design, manage construction, and perform commissioning of electrical equipment for water treatment systems at client sites.
  • Commission, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair electrical systems during and after project installation.
  • Plan and execute electrical installations according to project specifications and timelines.
  • Oversee the progress of electrical work, resolve technical issues, and provide feedback to improve processes.
  • Attend weekly team meetings, update project schedules with the construction manager, and review RFIs and change orders.
  • Estimate labor requirements and timelines based on project scope and schedules.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and project documentation across all trades.
  • Monitor project progress and perform quality inspections to ensure systems meet performance and safety standards.
  • Manage procurement and requisition of electrical materials and components.
  • Ensure all installations comply with master specifications, industry standards, and local/state electrical codes.
  • Coordinate power, space, and routing requirements with architectural, structural, and electrical plans.
  • Collaborate with engineers, system owners, technicians, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Education

  • High school diploma or GED certificate
  • Associate degree or technical apprenticeship preferred

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical construction or maintenance or supervising construction projects
  • Have the necessary work experience to apply for an Arizona ROA C11 license
  • Chinese proficiency is a plus.
  • Ability to understand and interpret the Electrical Codes, schematics, P&ID’s & Logic Drawings
  • Experience installing and mounting electronic controls, device panels, sensors, and components
  • Knowledge of NEC (National Electrical code) requirements
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures *Observe OSHA(Occupational Safety and Health Administration) regulations
  • Knowledge of NETA (International Electrical Testing Association) requirements and standards is a plus
  • Knowledge of PLC programming (program editing ability is essential)
  • Experience in large-scale commercial or industrial electrical projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to work at heights, including on ladders, scaffolding, aerial lifts, rooftops, catwalks, or similar elevated areas, as needed by the job.
  • Must have the ability to accurately distinguish and identify wire colors.
