We are seeking a full-time Engine Power Center (EPC) Specialist to cover and grow a new territory. This position closes sales and provides quality technical support for Engine Power Center products for a given region. Coordination of information between departments, other Brunswick divisions, and suppliers will be required as necessary. Essential Functions include ability to close EPC sales, providing excellent customer service, processing customer orders/changes, providing technical support on installing and selecting EPC products, working in a fast-paced, high call volume environment, good communication skills, being detail-oriented and having strong organizational skills, communicating with customers, sales staff, suppliers, and dealers as required, and traveling as necessary to support installation, application, or promotional activities. Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements include verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, ability to take on assignments on short notice and meet tight deadlines, knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel), and knowledge of or ability to learn AS400, MercNet, Electronic Parts Catalog, & Midas. Education and Experience Requirements include an associate degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years of customer service experience, and general engine and/or boating knowledge as well as knowledge of general marine parts and accessories. The position offers a comprehensive salary, commission, and benefits package including 401k with Profit Sharing and Company Match.
