This is not a seasonal position as we provide services all 12 months of the year. This position will be Monday to Friday with 1 to 2 additional days on Saturdays as needed.

As a Maintenance/Repair/Handyman subcontractor , you'll earn 25%-30% of all handyman, maintenance, and repair work orders for commercial, residential, and property management clients. You have the flexibility to take on as much work as you want, during the week or on weekends. Responsibilities:

Perform routine inspections of premises and equipment.
Handle general maintenance tasks (painting, carpentry, plumbing repairs).
Repair or replace broken or faulty equipment.
Install fixtures, appliances, and equipment.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests.
Maintain clean and organized work areas.
Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations.

Skills:

Proven experience in maintenance or a similar role.
Solid knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
Proficient with hand and power tools.
Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently.
