Job Description
**Job Title** - **Senior Business Analyst** - **Microsoft Dynamics 365**
+ **Senior Business Analyst** specializing in **Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE)** Or **D355 Field Service** to lead the analysis, design, and optimization of CRM solutions.
+ Deep functional expertise in **D365 CE modules** , including **Customer Service, Field Service**
+ Should be able collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements in the form of Epics, features & user stories
+ Experience in negotiating with business to keep the out of the box functionality as apposed to customizing the application
+ Experience in running workshops, creating clear list of action items and documenting business processes using process flows, functional diagrams
+ Experience in capturing roles & responsibility, data visibility and security specific requirements within the context of D365
+ Clear understanding of How D365 integrates with external sources and third party apps
+ Should be able to write functional as well integration user stories
+ Clear understanding and experience of Agile methodology implementing it using Jira or DevOps studio
+ Experience in working in multivendor, multi Geo teams especially onsite - Offshore delivery model
