Job Description

As a Retail General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading a motivated team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth. This role demands hands-on management across all areas of store operations, including showroom, yard, and back office, while fostering a safe, productive, and team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Leading and mentoring staff to ensure top-tier service
• Managing budgets, payroll, inventory, and safety initiatives
• Overseeing customer satisfaction, merchandise presentation, and delivery logistics
• Recruiting and training staff while maintaining strong employee relations
• Ensuring operational compliance, reporting, and communication with leadership

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of relevant management experience
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Flexible availability (including weekends and holidays)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
