What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Serve as the primary liaison with key client representatives, managing service delivery relationships for assigned projects
• Drive client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of deliverables
• Prepare project forecasts and work schedules, ensuring client and project requirements are met with high quality
• Provide strategic and tactical guidance for best practices within the eDiscovery business unit
• Demonstrate leadership in managing day-to-day project oversight and mentoring team members

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management within law firms, corporate legal departments, or eDiscovery service providers
• Strong oral and written communication skills to convey leadership presence
• Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects effectively
• Solid understanding of database design, data processing activities, and legal document review requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience; a Juris Doctorate (JD) or MBA is a plus

• Experience in consulting, litigation support, paralegal, or attorney roles within legal environments
• Evidence of emerging leadership and staff development skills
