We are seeking a dynamic and experienced US Marketing Manager for Baxter Advanced Surgery to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving the marketing strategy and execution for our advanced surgical products, including innovative surgical devices and technologies. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the surgical landscape, strong marketing acumen, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to enhance our market presence and drive sales growth. Responsibilities include conducting market research and competitive analysis, overseeing product lifecycle from concept to launch, collaborating with sales teams to provide marketing tools and training, designing and implementing targeted marketing campaigns, building relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals, establishing performance metrics, working cross-functionally with Medical, R&D, regulatory, and Sales Operation teams, managing marketing budget, and willingness to travel up to 30%. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred), 7 years of commercial marketing experience focused on medical devices or healthcare market, strong understanding of surgical markets, excellent communication skills, proficiency in digital marketing tools, and ability to lead multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
