About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Creative to lead and inspire a team of designers, videographers, copywriters, and producers in the development of a strong, memorable brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and influencing the creative vision, continuously evolving the brand, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, innovative content and experiences. This role involves team management, content development, creative operations, and storytelling, with a focus on digital and real-life experiences that resonate with the organization's mission. The VP of Creative will also be instrumental in establishing a culture of creativity, problem-solving, and proactive idea generation, and will work closely with the leadership team to advance the brand's position in the marketplace. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in leading and developing creative teams, with a strong background in digital storytelling. The role requires excellent creative operations and management skills, a keen visual sense, and the ability to articulate a creative vision while being open to new ideas. Experience in change management, a successful track record of leading teams, and a portfolio that demonstrates a focus on innovative, storytelling-driven content are essential. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have a team-centric approach, and be passionate about providing unforgettable experiences for the brand's community. Proficiency in emerging technologies and a background in a non-profit or tech-savvy business environment are advantageous.
