Executive Recruiter, Accounting and Finance with AquantUs, LLC. Summary AquantUs is an Atlanta-based executive search firm, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about building long-lasting relationships to join our team as an experienced Executive Recruiter in our Accounting and Finance division. This role will be 100% remote with the exception of one in-person meeting per month in Buckhead. We are looking for recruiters who share our passion for excellence. Responsibilities Sources, recruits, screens, interviews, and selects candidates. Designs and executes the search strategy for assigned engagements. Prepares candidates for interviews and performs post-interview debriefs. Participates in offer negotiations and post-placement follow up. Attends and participates in search status and kick-off meetings. Requirements 1 – 5 years of experience in executive recruiting, including recruiting for Accounting, Audit, Finance, and/or Tax roles. Strong self-motivation and discipline and the ability to focus and thrive in a fully remote work environment. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment while maintaining a high energy level and positive attitude. Demonstrate strong work ethic and sound personal character. A genuine desire to increase personal income with a dash of entrepreneurial spirit. Self-motivated with a sense of urgency, the ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment.
